The KDT KE-706 is an upgraded version of one of the best-selling edge banding models on the European market, combining reliability, compactness, productivity, and accessibility in one powerful package. Built on a rigid monolithic frame with advanced 3D-designed stiffening ribs, the KE-706 ensures exceptional stability and precise node positioning throughout its operational life. The machine features a complete processing lineup including pre-milling, gluing, edge pressing, end trimming, top and bottom edge trimming, radius contouring with dual motors, profile scraping, and polishing units. Servo-driven adjustment allows quick reconfiguration of milling and scraping units directly from the touch screen control panel, significantly reducing setup time between different jobs. The advanced top-mounted glue pot with pre-melt function and automatic pneumatic granule loading system supports both EVA and PUR adhesives. With a 5-liter capacity, viewing window for glue level monitoring, and 15-minute warm-up time, the glue system is designed for continuous, efficient operation. A reserved PUR docking port enables easy upgrade to moisture-resistant polyurethane adhesive processing. Capable of processing panels from 9 to 60 mm thick with edge bands from 0.4 to 3 mm, the KE-706 operates at feed speeds of 13, 15, and 18 m/min. The dual-station tracking mechanism automatically switches based on panel thickness, enabling seamless dual-thickness edge band switching. The machine can run 24/7, processing 3,500–4,000 linear meters per shift, making it suitable for demanding production environments. CE certified with European wiring standards, the KDT KE-706 is controlled via an industrial touch screen PC with intuitive icons requiring no special operator training.
