Four-spindle CNC lathe that turns four pieces at once with 9.6 kW HSK63F electro-spindles and automatic tool changers, combining turning capacity with machining-center versatility in a 5×3 m footprint.
Powerlathe simultaneously turns four pieces using four HSK63F electro-spindles of 9.6 kW each, all fitted with automatic tool changers and 12-tool magazines. The tool-changing capability makes the machine highly versatile, letting it move between turning and complementary operations without manual intervention. A dustproof, soundproof cabin keeps the whole system to a floor space of just five by three metres; the work area is isolated with protective bellows and chips are evacuated through a suction tank for maximum cleanliness. Its applications are effectively unlimited — solid-wood chair and furniture components, handles, hangers, rifle stocks, sporting goods, oars, shoe forms and musical instruments.
