Overview

T4MO CNC Plus builds on the proven T4MO CNC by adding the ability to sand and mill turned pieces, delivering a component that is ready for final assembly and subsequent painting straight off the machine. An independent sanding unit with four longitudinal abrasive belts eliminates or minimizes manual sanding. Two 5-axis spindles (7.5 kW each) machine two pieces at a time — milling, drilling and mortising, including operations between the ends of the pieces — so there is no need to move turned parts to a separate machining center. That integration is especially valuable on small production batches, where set-up and transfer time would otherwise dominate.
