The Accord 30 FX-M is a CNC machining centre purpose-built for high-precision routing, drilling, and edgebanding operations on solid wood components. It combines SCM's proven multifunction worktable technology with flexible spindle configurations to deliver consistent performance across diverse wood processing tasks in both job-shop and production environments. The machine features a configurable working envelope with X-axis capacity up to 6170 mm and Y-axis up to 2120 mm, accommodating component passages of 250 mm. The electrospindle delivers 8.5–13 kW of power, enabling efficient stock removal and precision finishing in a single setup. Tool flexibility is addressed through scalable automatic tool changers ranging from 10 to 78 positions, allowing operators to minimize changeover time and optimize production sequences without manual intervention.
