The Accord 50 FXM is a 5-axis CNC machining centre built on a mobile gantry platform, engineered to deliver precision machining of complex, large-format wooden components in production environments. Its flexible working area configurations—ranging from 3650×1600mm up to 6170×2120mm—accommodate components that exceed the capacity of traditional fixed-bed machines, while the mobile gantry structure enables rapid repositioning and optimized nesting for batch production. The machine delivers competitive speeds across all axes (X-Y: 95-80 m/min, Z: 30 m/min) with a 17 kW electrospindle capable of 24,000 rpm for high-definition profiling, edge work, and detail operations. The 5-axis routing head integrates with a substantial tool storage system: 12 positions on the machining head, 48 positions in the rear store, and 12 additional side-mounted positions—totalling 72 tool positions—enabling extended production runs without interruption.
