CNC nesting machining centre with integrated automatic loading and unloading system for complete work cycle control. Designed for routing and drilling operations on various wood elements.
The Accord NST is a three-axis CNC machining centre engineered for automated production of routed and drilled components in solid wood and wood-based materials. It integrates a fully automated loading and unloading system that enables continuous operation with minimal operator intervention, consolidating material handling, machining, and part removal into a single controlled workflow. The machine delivers high-speed material removal through a 15 kW electrospindle capable of 24,000 rpm, paired with rapid traverse speeds of 90 m/min on X and Y axes. Three configurable working area options—3650×1600 mm, 3650×2120 mm, and 4250×2120 mm—accommodate sheet-fed and solid wood production scenarios. The Z-axis provides 350 mm vertical clearance, suitable for drilling, edge profiling, and pocket operations on components up to approximately 100 mm thick depending on fixture configuration. The Accord NST targets medium to large furniture manufacturers, cabinet makers, and architectural millwork producers requiring consistent part quality and high daily output volumes. It is most effective for batch production of standardized components—cabinet sides, shelving, door panels, and modular furniture elements—where the automated loading cycle justifies the capital investment and setup time. The machine suits operations processing solid wood, MDF, plywood, and engineered boards. Within the CNC nesting centre class, the Accord NST positions itself as a flexible production system balancing automation overhead with operational simplicity, making it suitable for mid-range production volumes (500–5,000 parts weekly depending on complexity) rather than ultra-high-speed job shops or large-scale panel converters.
