The CENTATEQ P-100 is a CNC machining center purpose-built for cabinet and furniture production, combining multi-axis flexibility with high-throughput drilling capability. The machine accommodates workpieces up to 3,250 mm in length and 1,600 mm in width, with configurable 3-/4- and 5-axis processing to handle complex geometries, angled cuts, and contoured profiles in a single setup. Key technical capabilities include a routing envelope of 3,250 × 1,600 × 100/150 mm (Z-depth selectable), an 8-fold automatic tool changer for seamless operation transitions, and a modular drilling spindle configuration supporting up to 31 spindles for simultaneous hole production. The drilling field spans 3,250 × 1,355 mm, enabling efficient pattern drilling across cabinet panels and structural components. The 4-field loading system allows continuous workflow—unloading finished parts while loading new stock—reducing idle time on enterprise-scale production runs.
