Double Jet is one of Bacci's best-selling machines: two independent multi-spindle operating heads, each carrying four tool holders, complete every operation on a workpiece without pausing for automatic tool changes. Because both heads work the same element at once, throughput effectively doubles while precision stays consistent across the whole part. Patented jig-less clamps position automatically and are height-adjustable and tiltable, holding both straight and curved pieces securely. Mobile unloaders (patented) load and unload in just four seconds, so a single operator can feed several machines, and Bacci's Pitagora software rebalances the workload between the two heads across the two tables to eliminate idle time. It is built for solid-wood joinery in furniture, chairs and window and door components at industrial volumes.
