T1MO CNC Plus expands a 5-axis machining center by integrating turning, milling, drilling, mortising and sanding into a single machine, producing complex solid-wood components with exceptional efficiency, superior surface quality and maximum design freedom. A robust structure gives the stability and rigidity for material-removal rates that are hard to reach on conventional 5-axis centers. An independent sanding unit with a longitudinal abrasive belt brings finishing into the machining process itself, reducing or eliminating manual finishing. Dedicated software, simplified programming and the removal of custom templates and fixtures shorten the path from design to production, while efficient chip evacuation keeps the machine running with minimal cleaning and maintenance.
