The KDT KN-3710D is a professional CNC nesting machining center designed for high-speed cutting, milling, and drilling of panel materials. Equipped with a powerful 13.2 kW HSD spindle (HSK-F63), 12-position rotary ATC, 10-spindle vertical drilling head, and TPA CNC control system from Italy, this machine delivers industrial-grade precision at rapid traverse speeds up to 80 m/min. With a 3100×2150 mm working area and 6 vacuum zones, it is ideal for cabinet, door, and custom furniture manufacturing.

The KDT KN-3710D is an industrial CNC nesting machining center from KDT's Series 3 lineup, engineered for accurate, high-speed processing of sheet materials including chipboard, MDF, plywood, composite materials, plastics, and solid wood. The machine enables diverse processing technologies such as routing, drilling, and grooving, making it a versatile solution for cabinet making, door manufacturing, and seating production.

Built on a welded steel portal-type frame with integrated vacuum channels and stiffening ribs, the KN-3710D weighs approximately 4,800 kg, providing exceptional rigidity and virtually zero vibrations even during rapid accelerations up to 80 m/min along the X and Y axes. The integrated vacuum chamber beneath the pre-milled matrix worktable ensures maximum suction efficiency, keeping even small and porous workpieces firmly fixed during processing.

The machine is equipped with a powerful 13.2 kW HSD electrospindle (ES951 e-core) from Italy with HSK-F63 tool interface, featuring built-in intelligent diagnostics that monitors spindle performance in real time. The 12-position servo-driven rotary tool magazine enables fast automatic tool changes for complex multi-tool operations. A 10-spindle vertical drilling head (1.7 kW, 6,000 RPM, 10 mm bore diameter) handles all standard furniture drilling patterns efficiently.

Two Becker dry lamellar vacuum pumps (5.5 kW each, total capacity approximately 500 m³/h) provide powerful workpiece clamping across 6 electronically controlled vacuum zones, allowing flexible pendulum-mode operation and small-parts processing. The vacuum system can be upgraded with a third pump for even greater holding capacity.

Controlled by the Italian TPA CNC system, the KN-3710D features an intuitive interface with TPA WSCM for machine control and TPA CAD for modeling, editing, and creating control programs. The system is compatible with major furniture design software including MegaTischler, Corpus 3D, Imos, Sword, SolidWorks, Alphacam, and offers an MPR importer module for Homag CNC program compatibility. KDT Remote Services enables remote diagnostics, troubleshooting, and process optimization via internet connection.

Additional features include pneumatic alignment stops, automatic sheet positioning mechanism, tool length calibration sensor, dual-circuit lubrication system, intelligent airflow chip removal, and separate aspiration outlets for the milling and drilling units. The machine is fully modular and can be integrated into automated nesting lines with lift-table infeed, labelling systems, and outfeed conveyors. CE certified.
