The EDGETEQ S-358 is a high-performance edge banding machine engineered for automated edge processing in woodworking manufacturing. It applies and trims edge banding material to panel edges with precision, combining gluing, trimming, and finishing operations in a single pass to eliminate secondary processing steps. The machine accommodates edge thickness from 0.3–3 mm and strip thickness from 0.4–20 mm, enabling processing of veneer, PVC, ABS, and solid wood edge materials across workpiece thicknesses of 12–60 mm. Operating at feed speeds of 18–28 m/min, the S-358 features multiple specialized trimming units—including joint trimming, chamfer/radius trimming, profile trimming, and snipping capabilities—that work in coordination to achieve flush, contoured, and finished edges without manual intervention. The Quickmelt adhesive system ensures consistent glue application and rapid bond development, reducing cycle time and improving edge quality.
