The Lifter is a pneumatic-assisted panel handling system engineered for the safe and efficient movement of large-format laminated and chipboard panels in high-throughput woodworking environments. It operates as an auxiliary loading solution, utilizing suction cup technology to securely grip panels without marking or surface damage, enabling rapid repositioning and orientation during beam saw operations and downstream processing. The system achieves a lifting speed of 4 m/min with a maximum load capacity of 250 kg, making it suitable for standard chipboard and laminated panel formats. Its 6000 mm arm reach combined with a 3330 mm beam height provides versatile panel access across typical sawing stations, while the compact 4000 mm total height integrates readily into existing production lines. Pneumatic operation with a consumption rate of 6.5 Nl/sec ensures cost-effective integration with standard compressed air infrastructure found in industrial woodshops.
