High-performance CNC machining center designed for flexible and batch production. Versatile routing and drilling capabilities with optional multi-spindle drilling unit.
The Morbidelli X100 is a CNC machining center engineered for flexible small-batch and mid-volume production in woodworking facilities. It delivers high-speed routing and drilling operations across five selectable working area configurations (ranging from 2556×1296 mm to 4356×2216 mm), enabling producers to optimize table utilization for different job sizes without equipment constraints. The machine integrates a 15 kW routing spindle capable of 24,000 rpm for precision edge profiling, surface contouring, and detailed joinery work, paired with optional multi-spindle drilling capability: 16 independent vertical spindles and 8 independent horizontal spindles operating at 8000 rpm, plus 2 integrated blades with 125 mm diameter cutting capacity. The X-Y axes achieve vectorial speeds of 70 m/min under PRO-SPACE technology, supporting rapid material handling and reduced cycle times. Tool storage includes 31 positions, enabling extended production runs with minimal manual intervention. This configuration suits medium-sized workshops and industrial operations (15–50 employees) producing cabinet components, solid wood parts, veneered panels, and architectural millwork. The machine handles both hardwoods and engineered materials at production volumes of 50–200+ pieces per shift. Its modular drilling unit allows shops to scale from routing-only operations to full multi-axis production, making it cost-effective for evolving production demands without full equipment replacement.
