The Techno Fast is a 5-axis NC working centre designed for automated processing of solid timber beams up to 620 mm in height and 250–300 mm in width, with configurable length capacity. The machine performs CNC-controlled machining operations through a motorized loading system that automatically transports beams via integrated roller conveyors, eliminating manual handling and enabling continuous production workflows. The machine's technical foundation includes an HSK 63F tool connection supporting cutting tools up to 600 mm in diameter, paired with an 11-position automatic tool magazine for rapid tool changes without production interruption. The 5-axis control architecture enables complex three-dimensional profiling, mortising, and detail work on large timber sections—capabilities essential for structural beam processing where dimensional precision and surface finish directly impact downstream assembly and installation.
