Profiset

The Profiset is a multi-spindle automatic planer and throughfeed moulder engineered for precision solid wood processing in professional production environments. It combines planing and profiling operations in a single integrated machine, enabling manufacturers to achieve finished profiles directly from rough lumber without secondary operations. The configurable architecture supports up to 6 spindles arranged across four composition options, allowing operators to customize the machine for specific workflow requirements.

The machine delivers measurable technical advantages through its variable feed speed capability (5–25 m/min with inverter control, standard 6–12 m/min), which accommodates different wood species, grain orientations, and profile complexity without sacrificing surface finish quality. The routing unit operates at 6000 rpm with individual spindle axial adjustment of ±40 mm relative to the worktable, enabling precise depth-of-cut control and profile repeatability across production runs. Working dimensions range from 15–230 mm finished width and 6–120 mm finished height (depending on configuration), positioning the machine for both solid wood components and pre-milled sections.

The Profiset serves medium to industrial woodworking operations that require consistent, dimensionally-accurate profiles in solid wood—including furniture component manufacturers, cabinet makers producing custom profiles, and timber processors creating architectural elements.
