STORETEQ F-100

The STORETEQ F-100 is a single-axis automated feeder system that retrieves and positions panel stock from vertical stacking arrangements directly into downstream CNC machining or processing equipment. Operating as a materials handling bridge between storage and production, it eliminates manual panel handling and reduces setup time by automatically feeding panels on demand via vacuum suction technology.

The system accommodates panel dimensions from 2000 to 4200 mm in length and 600 to 2200 mm in width, with thickness range of 8 to 40 mm for coated materials and individual panel load capacity of 250 kg per unit. The carriage operates at 80 m/min traverse speed with a 25 m/min lifting drive, enabling rapid panel extraction and repositioning. Stacking height configuration reaches 1800 mm standard (2100 mm optional), supporting storage densities that maximize floor space utilization while maintaining accessibility for automated handling.

The F-100 is engineered for medium to industrial woodworking facilities processing volume runs of flat panels—including particleboard, MDF, plywood, and laminated stock—where labor costs and cycle time justify automated material supply. It integrates with the woodStore software ecosystem for intuitive scheduling and just-in-time feeding logic, reducing operator dependency and improving machining center uptime.
