Celaschi SP

The Celaschi SP is a CNC-controlled beam saw engineered for high-precision cross-cutting of panels and solid wood components in continuous production environments. The machine automates dimensioning operations with numerical control, enabling repeatable accuracy across large production runs while minimizing operator intervention and kerf waste.

The Celaschi SP's architecture centers on a modular cutting-unit system comprising 3 to 12 individually excludable cutting heads that can be activated or deactivated on-demand, allowing operators to optimize blade configuration for different job specifications without mechanical reconfiguration. The scoring unit (3 kW at 6000 rpm) manages chip control and tearout prevention on veneered or finished surfaces, while the primary cutting-off unit (10 kW at 4500 rpm) delivers the power necessary for dense hardwoods and engineered panels. Maximum feed speed reaches 70 m/min, enabling processing of boards up to 5000 × 1250 mm in a single pass, making throughput competitive with other beam saws in its class.

This machine targets mid-to-large fabrication shops and industrial panel processors managing batch orders of kitchen components, cabinet components, architectural millwork, and engineered wood products. The flexible cutting-unit configuration makes it particularly suited for operations that process multiple panel widths or require frequent job changes, reducing the setup time penalty of production changeovers typical of fixed-blade designs.
