DMC System B

The DMC System B is a wide belt sanding and calibrating machine engineered for precision thickness reduction and surface finishing of solid wood and engineered wood products. As a lower-side sanding unit, it delivers controlled material removal from the underside of workpieces, making it essential for achieving uniform thickness and superior surface quality in high-demand woodworking operations.

The machine offers four configurable working width options—650mm, 1350mm, 1650mm, and 2200mm—enabling adaptation to diverse production scenarios without requiring complete machine replacement. It accommodates material thicknesses from 3mm to 160mm with fixed working table setup, supported by longitudinal sanding belts available in complementary widths (670–2270mm) and lengths (1900–2620mm). Two working table heights (900mm and 1440mm) provide ergonomic flexibility for different production floor layouts and operator preferences, while adjustable belt tension and positioning ensure consistent sanding pressure across the working width.

The DMC System B is designed for medium to industrial-scale workshops processing solid wood components, veneered panels, and calibrated boards where thickness consistency and flatness are critical. It serves operations ranging from 20–200+ pieces per shift, depending on material type, desired surface finish, and thickness reduction requirements.
