Edge Print

The Edge Print (EDGETEQ P-200) is a digital four-color edge printing and varnish application system designed to apply high-resolution decorative imagery, logos, patterns, and protective coatings directly to workpiece edges in a single integrated process. Unlike traditional edge banding or manual edge decoration methods, this machine combines precision inkjet printing with UV-cured varnish application, enabling rapid personalization of narrow faces without secondary finishing steps.

The system processes workpieces between 120–700 mm in width and up to 2500 mm in length, accommodating edge thicknesses from 8–38 mm, at a feed speed of 13 m/min. The integrated cleaning unit maintains consistent print quality across production runs, critical for color fidelity and adhesion on varied substrate surfaces. The four-color digital print head enables full-color reproduction without screens or plate changes, reducing setup time and enabling economical short-run and customized orders.

This machine serves medium to industrial woodworking facilities producing cabinet components, furniture panels, or decorative solid wood edges where brand identity, design differentiation, or protective edge marking adds market value. It is particularly suited for manufacturers moving beyond standard edge banding toward higher-margin custom or semi-custom products, or operations requiring traceability marking on batch production.
