EDGETEQ S-200

The EDGETEQ S-200 is a single-sided edge banding machine engineered for automated application of edge trim to workpiece perimeters in medium-volume woodworking operations. It delivers consistent glue application, precision trimming, and rapid throughput for solid wood edges up to 3mm thickness on workpieces with maximum height of 40mm, making it suitable for panel work, cabinet components, and furniture subassemblies.

The machine's core technical architecture centers on servo-driven edge feed precision combined with flexible glue application strategy. Operators can select between traditional roller-based EVA/PUR application or the airTec contactless glue unit, depending on material type and surface sensitivity. The integrated joint trimming unit and dual-motor snipping mechanism ensure clean edge completion without secondary processing. The easyTouch control system with 7-inch capacitive display simplifies job setup and parameter adjustment, reducing changeover time between production runs.

The S-200 targets medium workshops and small industrial facilities processing 3–4mm veneer and edge trim daily.
