MP365 Planer / Moulder

The Wood-Mizer MP365 four-sided planer/moulder with the fifth universal cutter is a compact, versatile solution for professional woodworking shops and large timber companies. It is based on the MP360's design with an extension of the fifth cutterhead. Designed for efficiency, precision, and ease of use, it produces high-quality finished materials such as flooring, profiled boards, mouldings, panels, window and door frames, and furniture components. It features two horizontal cutterheads (510 mm top, 410 mm bottom), two side cutterheads (40 mm – 160 mm high), with one fixed and one movable spindle, and an additional fifth cutterhead that can be adjusted with the tilt angle ranging up to 270°. The fifth cutterhead is used to process material from every side, utilizing various surface finishing tools (e.g., for profiling, moulding, sanding, or brushing). The MP365 completes four-sided processing in a single pass, saving time and boosting productivity. A cast-iron work table, CNC-machined for stability and reduced vibration, supports smooth feeding via steel, hardened steel, or polyurethane rollers.
