SAWTEQ S-65

The SAWTEQ S-65 is a professional panel dividing saw engineered for precision crosscutting and lengthwise ripping operations in continuous production environments. It serves as a primary processing station for breaking down sheet materials into intermediate or finished components with tight dimensional tolerances.

The machine delivers cutting performance through a 5.5 kW main saw motor (7.5 kW optional) with a 60 mm blade projection, supported by a 2,900 mm cutting length capacity. Saw carriage speeds up to 30 m/min and program fence speeds up to 30 m/min (20 m/min forward travel) enable efficient throughput without compromising accuracy. Air-cushioned tables minimize friction during panel movement, while side pressure devices and robust horizontal clamping elements ensure material stability throughout the cut cycle, reducing deflection and vibration-induced dimensional variation.

The integrated CADSaw software operating system, displayed on a 24" full-HD multi-touch interface, enables operator-driven program setup, nesting optimization, and real-time process monitoring. This control architecture reduces setup time and allows quick transitions between job specifications—critical for workshops managing multiple panel sizes and material types (plywood, particleboard, MDF, solid lumber edging).

The SAWTEQ S-65 is positioned for medium to industrial woodworking facilities processing 10–100+ panels daily.
