The machine accommodates panel dimensions up to 3050ร900mm with Z-axis depth capacity of 60mm, making it suitable for edge-banding, dowel insertion, pocket drilling, and profile routing on casework components and solid wood panels.
The machine's dual-axis spindle configuration delivers significant technical flexibility: 8 vertical spindles arranged in a 5X-3Y pattern enable rapid multi-point drilling and grooving operations at up to 40m/min traverse speed, while 6 horizontal spindles (2+2X-2Y arrangement) handle edge profiling and slot milling. The electrospindle operates at 18,000 rpm for fine routing and edge work, complemented by blade spindles rotating at 4,200-5,500 rpm for heavier stock removal. This spindle diversity allows single-cycle completion of complex operationsโdrilling shelf pin holes, routing hinge cups, and edge profilingโwithout repositioning the workpiece.
