Accord 50 FX

The Accord 50 FX is a 5-axis CNC machining centre built on a mobile gantry structure, engineered for high-precision routing and drilling of complex geometries across large workpieces in continuous production environments. The machine's core strength lies in its configurable working envelope—available in six configurations from 3680×1680 mm up to 6360×1905 mm—combined with simultaneous 5-axis capability, enabling manufacturers to execute compound angled cuts, sculptural profiles, and multi-face drilling in single setups without repositioning.

Performance is driven by a 17 kW electrospindle reaching 24,000 rpm on the routing unit and up to 26 drilling spindles operating at 8,000 rpm, paired with rapid linear speeds of 95 m/min (X), 80 m/min (Y), and 30 m/min (Z). Tool accessibility is comprehensive: 12 positions on the machining head, 48 positions in the rear store, and 12 on the side store provide 72-tool capacity for minimal changeover on complex multi-operation jobs. The mobile gantry design eliminates fixed-table constraints, allowing the entire cutting structure to traverse the working area for uniform precision across full-length panels and assembled components.
