CENTATEQ S-800|900
CNC Machining Centers — Homag Group
Automated CNC machining center for window production with dual-table processing capability. Offers 5-axis technology with independent processing, loading, reclamping, and unloading of up to 2 parts per table simultaneously.
The CENTATEQ S-800|900 is a gantry-based 5-axis CNC machining center purpose-built for high-volume industrial window and door production. It combines dual independent processing tables with simultaneous machining capability, enabling manufacturers to load, machine, reclamp, and unload parts while the opposite table remains in active processing. This dual-table architecture eliminates idle spindle time and maximizes throughput in continuous production environments.
The machine's technical foundation rests on true 5-axis simultaneous machining, available with either DRIVE5 spindle or FLEX5 processing units, supported by liquid cooling for sustained high-speed operations. The working envelope accommodates frame components up to 4,200 mm in standard automatic mode, extensible to 6,000 mm with reclamping—critical for full-length window stiles and mullions. Each table can hold up to 2 parts simultaneously, allowing batch processing of multiple components per cycle. Workpiece cross-sections ranging from 20–300 mm width and 25–150 mm height cover standard extrusion profiles, solid wood sections, and engineered profiles typical in architectural woodwork.
This system targets industrial manufacturers and large job shops producing window assemblies, entrance doors, and heavy architectural millwork at volumes requiring 24/7 utilization. The dual-table design and reclamping capacity specifically address production constraints in shops processing 50+ units daily. Operations include profile milling, pocket cutting, through-drilling, angle machining, and complex contour work on frame members—all executable without manual repositioning. The CENTATEQ S-800|900 operates most efficiently in dedicated window/door production facilities with integrated material handling and finishing downstream processes.

Applications
industrial batch production
industrial workshopShops producing standardized components—jamb extensions, threshold assemblies, glazing bars, or muntin profiles—benefit from the machine's continuous dual-table workflow. Load-and-machine cycles eliminate setup breaks; while one table processes, operators load and unload the second. Liquid-cooled spindles sustain extended production runs at competitive cycle times, reducing per-unit cost on 500+ piece orders.
engineered profile machining
medium workshopManufacturers of engineered wood profiles, aluminum-clad components, and composite window profiles utilize the CENTATEQ's 5-axis precision to add functional features—drainage holes, gasket grooves, latch pockets, and thermal-break channels. The reclamping capability to 6,000 mm accommodates full-length profile stock; simultaneous dual-table operation processes two profiles per cycle, optimizing material throughput and minimizing scrap.
architectural millwork production
industrial workshopFor custom entrance systems, storefronts, and engineered curtain walls, the 5-axis capability with DRIVE5 or FLEX5 units enables complex angle cuts, bevel milling, and compound surface work on solid wood and composite profiles. The workpiece height range (25–150 mm) and width capacity (20–300 mm) handle architectural extrusions and engineered sections. Dual-table processing maintains production rhythm even for short-run customized elements, critical in high-value millwork contracts.
window door production
industrial workshopThe CENTATEQ S-800|900 is engineered for high-speed production of window frames, door frames, and sashes. The dual independent tables enable simultaneous machining of frame components up to 4,200 mm in length, with reclamping supporting full-height door stiles to 6,000 mm. A single machine can process 100+ frame members daily, executing all milling, drilling, and mortising operations required for assembly—eliminating manual intermediate handling and secondary operations.
