The DRILLTEQ V-310 is a high-performance CNC machining center purpose-built for multi-spindle drilling, routing, and edge-processing operations in industrial furniture and component manufacturing. This machine consolidates multiple production steps into a single setup, eliminating time-consuming repositioning and reducing labor requirements across complex woodworking workflows.

The V-310's architecture supports up to 45 drilling spindles and 2 integrated groove saws, enabling simultaneous multi-point drilling patterns, pocket milling, and edge trimming in a single pass. The 8-slot tool changer accommodates specialized routing bits, saw blades, and drilling tools, while the vacuum-free clamping system eliminates compressed air dependencies and setup complexity, reducing cycle times and energy consumption compared to traditional vacuum-based systems. Safety is integrated through the safeScan optical scanner system, which detects workpiece presence and operator proximity to prevent collisions and ejection hazards.

The DRILLTEQ V-310 targets industrial and large medium-sized workshops producing furniture components at scale—including frameless cabinetry, modular seating systems, and panel-based case goods. It accommodates solid wood, engineered panels, and composite materials, processing boards ranging from small components to larger sheet formats.
