Edge Bander e 20

The Edge Bander e 20 is a single-sided automatic edge banding machine purpose-built for applying hot melt adhesive edge strips and rolls to both linear and contoured panel edges. The e 20 accommodates edge material from 0.4 to 3 mm thickness and heights up to 84 mm, enabling it to process everything from thin veneer edges to substantial solid wood strips across panels ranging 290 to 80 mm in working dimensions. Its variable feed speed capability (3–8 m/min) allows operators to adjust throughput based on edge material type and glue application requirements, while its radius handling—supporting internal radii from 25 mm and external radii from just 5 mm—enables processing of shaped cabinet doors, curved panels, and contoured workpieces common in contemporary woodworking.
