EDGETEQ T-100/200
Edge Banding — Homag Group
Flexible edge banding machine concept for processing both shaped and straight parts. Available in two models with varying capacity and automation levels.
The EDGETEQ T-100/200 is a versatile edge banding machine designed to apply edge material to both curved and straight workpieces, accommodating the complex geometry demands of modern furniture and cabinet production. The machine uses an individual table design that enables flexible part positioning and orientation, making it suitable for non-linear edge banding tasks that would challenge conventional linear machines.
The T-100 and T-200 models provide differentiated automation levels to match production workflows. The T-100 operates with manual feed, while the T-200 incorporates variable speed control (3-9 m/min) for optimized processing consistency. Both machines handle edge thickness from 0.4-3 mm and workpiece material ranging from 10-55 mm (T-100) or 16-55 mm (T-200), allowing processors to work with veneered panels, solid wood components, and engineered substrates commonly found in high-volume production environments.
The EDGETEQ T-100/200 serves mid-to-large furniture manufacturers and cabinet shops that require flexibility without sacrificing feed consistency. Compact machine footprint (2078 mm length, T-100 variant 1130 mm) positions this as suitable for integrated production lines or retrofitting into existing workshop layouts. The shaped-part capability differentiates this series from straight-edge machines, enabling processors to handle curved cabinet doors, radius-profiled edges, and contoured components without secondary setup or manual finishing.

Applications
custom millwork
medium workshopArchitectural millwork shops apply the T-200's flexible table design to process curved moulding substrates, radius-edged components, and custom profiles where edge banding is required post-shaping. The machine accommodates the material thickness variation (16-55 mm) typical in custom solid wood and engineered substrate work.
cabinet making
small workshopCustom cabinet shops employ the T-100 manual feed model for low-to-medium batch work on irregular shaped parts where production speed is secondary to flexibility. Manual operation suits job-shop environments processing varied customer geometries—arched door panels, contoured edges, specialty profiles—without the cost burden of full automation.
furniture production
medium workshopMedium-sized furniture manufacturers use the EDGETEQ T-200 to band curved and shaped cabinet components—doors, side panels, curved drawer fronts—at production speeds up to 9 m/min. The variable speed control allows adjustment for different edge materials (veneer, PVC, ABS) and substrate thicknesses (16-55 mm), minimizing edge tearout and adhesive overflow on high-value substrates.
panel processing
industrial workshopIndustrial panel processors integrate the T-200 into production lines to continuously edge-band pre-cut components across multiple thickness ranges (0.4-3 mm edges on panels 16-55 mm thick). The fixed-speed operation supports high-volume throughput while the shaped-part table handles non-rectangular blanks produced by CNC cutting operations upstream.
