LOOPTEQ O-400

The LOOPTEQ O-400 is an automated return conveyor and stacking system purpose-built to integrate downstream of edge banding machines, handling the material flow and workpiece positioning after edge application. It eliminates manual unloading and stacking operations by automating the transport of finished edge-banded components, significantly reducing labor intensity and cycle time in high-throughput production environments.

The system accommodates workpieces ranging from 240–3,100 mm in length and 60–1,300 mm in width, with thickness capability from 8–60 mm and maximum unit weight of 80 kg (or 25 kg/m² distributed load). Its gentle vacuum traverse technology ensures damage-free handling of sensitive surfaces, critical when processing veneered panels, lacquered boards, or precision furniture components. The compact footprint and adjustable working height (835–950 mm) enable integration into existing production lines without requiring major facility modifications, making it suitable for shops with spatial constraints.
