The Startech Semi-automatic Boring Machine is a dedicated panel boring system engineered for high-volume hole drilling operations on flat panel materials. It combines semi-automatic workflow efficiency with multi-spindle capability to deliver rapid, repeatable bore hole placement without full CNC automation complexity or cost.

Available in two configurationsโ€”27-spindle and 21-spindle modelsโ€”the machine accommodates different panel widths and drilling patterns while maintaining consistent precision. The 27-spindle variant operates at 3000 rpm with 2 Hp motors per spindle, while the 21-spindle model delivers 2800 rpm at 2.4 Hp per spindle. A fixed 32 mm center distance between spindles on both models ensures standardized European panel hole spacing (32 mm system), critical for modular furniture and cabinetry applications. This spindle density enables complete drilling of shelf pin holes, cam dowel holes, and hardware mounting points in a single pass, significantly reducing cycle time compared to single-spindle or entry-level CNC alternatives.
