The Woodpecker Performance Range is a fully automated CNC machining center purpose-built for high-volume window and door component production. It delivers finished parts directly from the machine, eliminating downstream manual finishing operations and reducing labor costs in professional joinery environments. The system integrates intelligent tool management and multi-axis automation to handle the complex geometric requirements of modern fenestration manufacturing.
The machine features five dedicated motors—three tilting axes and two fixed axes—enabling simultaneous multi-face machining of window frames, door stiles, and panel components in a single setup. The working envelope accommodates piece lengths from 250 mm up to 6 meters, supporting both compact casement components and full-height door stiles without repositioning. Integrated warehouse capacity ranges from 400 to 1,200 pieces, enabling autonomous batch processing with production throughput of 20–60 finished windows per shift depending on complexity and material specification.
