The Windorflex 2 is an integrated machining cell purpose-built for high-volume window and door frame production. It consolidates routing, drilling, and edgebanding operations into a single automated system, eliminating material handling between machines and reducing overall cycle time for manufacturers processing solid wood and engineered materials at scale.

The machine delivers production flexibility across six configurable working area formats, ranging from 2ร—3500 mm to 8ร—1160 mm, accommodating workpiece thicknesses from 35 to 160 mm. Its three-axis spindle system achieves speeds up to 100 m/min on X-Y axes and 50 m/min on Z, paired with dual 48-position tool changers (96 tools total) and a 20 kW electrospindle motor for continuous high-speed routing operations. This architecture minimizes tool changeover time and supports complex multi-pass profiles typical of mortise-and-tenon joinery, frame rabbet cuts, and hardware mounting holes required in door and window construction.

Windorflex 2 targets industrial and large medium-sized manufacturers processing 500+ units monthly, where setup time and machine idle periods directly impact margin. The system excels with frame stock (hardwoods and softwoods), engineered composites, and laminated materials common to fenestration production.
