The Accord 600 is a flexible CNC machining centre purpose-built for high-precision routing and drilling operations on wood-based materials and composites. It delivers production versatility across six configurable working area options, ranging from 3715 × 1600 mm up to 6715 × 1900 mm with 300 mm Z-axis depth, accommodating everything from component machining to large panel processing on a single platform.
The machine's technical architecture combines dual spindle configurations—a 21 kW electrospindle for 3/4-axis operations and a 13.5 kW option for 5-axis work, both capable of 24,000 rpm—with integrated drilling capabilities featuring up to 26 synchronized vertical and horizontal spindles operating at 8,000 rpm. Tool management flexibility is addressed through five interchangeable changer systems: the TRB (11 positions), CADDY (35 positions), RAPID (16 positions), QUADRO (35 positions), and VELOCE on-board system (12+12 positions), enabling rapid job transitions without manual intervention. Axis speeds reach 90 m/min (X), 80 m/min (Y), and 45 m/min (Z), minimizing non-cutting time in production cycles.
