The Morbidelli M100/200F is a modular CNC machining centre engineered for high-precision woodworking and advanced materials processing across multiple production scales. It combines a primary 15 kW routing unit (capable of 24,000 rpm) with integrated drilling and blade capabilities, delivering a complete solution for complex machining operations in a single setup.

The M100/200F distinguishes itself through its dual-spindle architecture and configurable working areas ranging from 3110ร—1320 mm to 5510ร—1620 mm. The routing unit is supported by up to 21 independent vertical and 12 independent horizontal drilling spindles, enabling simultaneous multi-operation processing. The M100 configuration offers 44-position tool storage with 180 mm Z-axis clearance, while the M200 extends to 60-position storage and 250 mm Z-axis passageโ€”accommodating thicker panel stock and taller workpiece geometries. Vectorial feed rates reach 78 m/min in ProSpeed mode, significantly reducing cycle times on large-format materials.

This machine class serves medium to industrial woodworking operations requiring simultaneous routing, drilling, and edge processing in single-clamp setups.
