The EDGETEQ S-356 is a high-performance edge banding machine engineered for production environments requiring consistent, precision edge finishing on panel and solid wood components. It automatically applies pre-glued edge material to workpiece edges while simultaneously trimming, profiling, and finishing the joint to factory-ready quality in a single pass.

The machine's belt-type top roll pressure system delivers uniform clamping force across the edge banding contact zone, ensuring reliable adhesion even on varied wood densities and moisture contents. Diamond tool joint trimming provides superior edge geometry and reduced chipping compared to conventional carbide or HSS alternatives. The quick-change hot melt gluing unit with Quickmelt technology minimizes setup time between production runs, while modular profile trimming capabilities allow processing of edge thicknesses from 0.4 to 3 mm without tool changeover.
