It functions as a closed-loop material handler, accepting finished parts from the edge bander and returning them for multi-sided processing without manual intervention, significantly reducing operator labor and cycle time in continuous production workflows.

The system accommodates workpieces ranging from 300–2,500 mm in length and 50–1,450 mm in width, with material thicknesses between 8–60 mm and maximum piece weights of 50 kg. Feed speed is adjustable from 8–25 m/min, allowing operators to match conveyor velocity to downstream machining requirements. The sensor-controlled turning bolt mechanism provides reliable, repeatable 90° part rotation for short and narrow components such as drawer fronts and narrow stiles, while optional small roller gib support extends capability to wider workpieces that require lateral stability during transit.
